This morning, Scholastic released the new title and cover art for the third book in The Hunger Games series by Suzanne Collins.
I'm not loving the title or the cover, but this will not keep me from pre-ordering Mockingjay for August 24, 2010.

I think the title is a little odd but I like how the mockingjay appears to be breaking free.
can't wait for that book!
My husband and son have both read this series and love it. My TBR list keeps getting longer but it's on there. They can't wait for the third book. The third cover doesn't seems to fit well with the others.
I like the progression from the gold mockingjay to the realistic one, though I don't remember them being described as gray. Aren't they supposed to be black with white on their wings, or am I wrong?
Loved the first two books, can't wait for the last one!
