Today is Monday, July 26, 2010...What Are You Reading?
This weekly meme is hosted by Sheila over at One Person's Journey Through a World of Books...also known as Book Journey. Everyone say hello to Sheila, who is probably sitting on a comfy chair reading a good book somewhere outdoorsy. Don't forget your sun block, Sheila!
I have reader's tan! I have this strange white line on my neck where my head was bent downward, looking at my book. This past week we were on vacation. When I wasn't playing with my boys, boogie boarding in the ocean, or eating ice cream, I was reading! There is nothing better than reading on the beach. I'm sure my husband has a picture of it somewhere!
I miss the beach.

Excellent selections! Philippa Gregory's books are always delightful. The Postmistress and Labor Day are on my shelves to be read. Have a wonderful week reading. My Monday is here, if you have time: http://www.rundpinne.com/2010/07/its-monday-what-are-you-reading-5.html
Looking forward to your thoughts about Matched!
You read some great books. Definitely wanting to read Matched and have read all of Brewer's books. Can't wait for the next one to be released in Sept. Have a great week.
@Jennifer - Thanks for stopping by! Postmistress and Labor Day have been on my TBR pile for a LONG time, it's so nice to finally get to them!
@Amanda - I read Matched as my husband was finishing up Atlas Shrugged, so I have a very heavy take on the gov'mt aspect of the book.
@Jan - I'm hoping to get through the Vladimir Tod books by September so I can read the new one!
Readers tan! LOVE IT! I wish I was outside with a book but alas.... no. In the office having lunch at my computer. :) Soon though I will be free to rollerblade a bit and then I am going to Group Power with my friend Wendy - BUT..... as soon as can you can bet I will be out there yet today, hopefully getting my own readers tan on! :D
I have the White Queen and now that I am coveting Red Queen know I need to get moving on both!
Have a super week Alison!
What a great list.
I have Postmistress on HOLD at the library. Still not thru the queue yet for my turn.
Heard a lot about Language of Trees.

Looks like you had a great week! I'll be reading on the beach myself next week. Or on the boat-oh, such choices :) I look forward to your reviews of these books!
You will LOVE City of Ashes - I'm counting down the days until the 4th book comes out!
