What Are You Reading?

Today is Monday, November 28, 2011...What Are You Reading?

This weekly meme is brought to you by the brave Black Friday fearless shopper, Sheila from Book Journey.  Sheila, I really hope you got some great bargains - you are a braver woman than I!

This weekend, my intention was to take part in Thankfully Reading, hosted by Jenn's Bookshelves.  I did finish a few books I had started, and opened a few that have been sitting on my nightstand for a few weeks, but I didn't participate in any of the mini-challenges.

I want to thank you all for sending your get-well wishes to me, and especially to The 9 Year Old.  He responded well to the antibiotics once we convinced him to take them.  The fever is down, and he seems to have beaten the pneumonia.  I don't want to speak too soon, but he is on the mend!  Do you want to know how I knew when he started to feel better?  He got into bed the other night and read his book instead of crashing as soon as his head hit the pillow.

Now, to the books!

Wow, you read a lot! I had hoped to read more than I did, but holiday weekends are sort of bad for that around my house. I did finish one and a half books which was good for me. Today I am hoping to finish the Betsy-Tacy Treasury for a book tour I am hosting this week. Happy reading to you! I am glad that the little one is feeling better!
